Founder, Bianca Schnarr, saw the potential of her dynamic experiences as a way to provide guidance from a different perspective. Over the past few years, her agricultural experience has ranged from working in cannabis cultivation maintaining a team, compliance, and scheduling, to volunteering on organic vegetable farms, hemp farms, and community gardens.

She also holds a bachelor's degree in both Biochemistry and Plant Biology from Rutgers University and will be completing a master's program in Pharmaceutical Science with a focus on psychoactive pharmaceutical investigation in May 2024. 

Bianca's mission statement is that academic, business, and clandestine are all equal in the wealth they provide. While maintaining that all disciplines are rooted in the indigenous practices employed by a world of cultures.
​The ability to bridge these disciplines is where true prosperity for all will derive.​ Reinforcing that life is a continuous lesson of symbiotic guidance and growth.
